Loving Each Other This Fall
Our mission is loving God, loving each other, and loving our world.
Every week, small groups meet before and after our worship services to help us love each other. And there’s much more.
Awana starts on September 9 for our kids. Our teens meet on Sundays and Wednesdays and hold regular activities.
Once or twice a month, our life groups meet across the Upstate (including groups in ASL, in Spanish, and in Chinese) to help us love each other across generations. On September 2, we’re also starting a Wounded Spirits Ministries GROUP for PTSD sufferers.
Our next men’s event is September 19. We have regular Bible studies for women AND men, and we’re even starting one for college-age women.
Sometimes, though, we just want to invite… everyone.
Highlights from our Church Retreat are coming soon. (Here’s the Google Photos album we’re building!) Next fall we’ll return to having our annual church picnic, Pig Pickin.
Aaron Coffey
Our Gospel Conference with Aaron Coffey is October 11-14. We’ll celebrate 68 years of God’s faithfulness and hold events for men, women, and teens. We’ll invite guests to come for gospel presentations and dinner on Monday night and Tuesday night, and the teens will have a rally on Wednesday.
Our 1st Annual Fundraising Dinner for ODBM is October 29, and everyone is welcome.
Last but not least, on November 22 we continue our annual tradition of Pie & Praise. And that’s not even counting Christmas!
NOTE: All these events are opportunities to love each other in person. If you’d like to help us in our ministry to the homebound, let us know.
