Family Night July 6

Sunday, July 6 we host Family Night to celebrate our freedom and our church family. After a brief service (5 PM, Chapel), stick around for games in the Kids Wing, Teen Room, gym, and, weather permitting, outside. We'll provide watermelon, and feel free to bring something more substantial and make an evening of it. It'll be a great time to meet Pastor Crockett and his family and celebrate what God has done for us. Learn more at morningside.org/news.

Military Appreciation

We are hosting a military appreciation lunch on July 12 (11:30 AM, Chapel). Suggested donation is $7/person but is free for all military members, veterans, spouses, and dependents. Sign up in your Sunday school class or contact Gayle Wilkin (afmomusa@yahoo.com).

Good Soil Training

Contact Pastor Huffman if you’re interested in the Good Soil Evangelism & Discipleship Training conference in Greenville (July 10-11).

Spanish Ministry

Starting next Sunday, our Spanish worship service moves from 11 AM to 10 AM. Our Spanish-speaking members are praying for many new volunteers, and they have recently started new social media pages. Get to know our Spanish ministry at morningside.org/espanol.

Men’s weekly Bible Studies are meeting at Panera Bread on Haywood Road: Pastor Stuhl’s group (7-8 AM) is using The Man in the Mirror to focus on discipleship and accountability. Pastor Huffman’s group (12-1 PM) is using The Story of Hope to focus on discipleship and outreach. Learn more at morningside.org/men.
