Meetings on Sunday
The NEXT small group’s goal is to disciple young adults in there twenties. We meet on Sundays around 11 AM in our Kennedy House. If you’re a recent college graduate or just starting your career, this group is for you! We also have monthly events and activities to challenge and encourage you to walk with Jesus.
Meeting Location
We meet every Sunday morning after the 10am worship service in the Kennedy House. We enjoy coffee and catching up from the past week, reviewing, and applying the morning message in small groups, and praying together.

If you’ve been in your career a while, visit our Pursue young professionals group.
If you’ve recently gotten married or started a family, Engage or Homebuilders may be a great fit for you.
What to Expect in Our Group
It sometimes feels like you’re floating in this stage of life. We are a tight-knit family for young adults to find a community that will encourage you to follow Jesus.
Community matters. Christians need each other to be encouraged and strengthened in Christ. We spend time on Sunday mornings connecting over coffee, singing, discussing God’s Word together, and praying.
Ministry matters. We encourage each other to be actively involved in Morningside. Several of our young adults serve faithfully in music, children’s, and hospitality ministries.
You're Invited
Come be a part of a caring community of young adults at Morningside who are serious about pursuing God. We meet directly after the 10:00 worship service at around 11:15. We’d can’t wait to meet you!
Activities
We enjoy spending time together, whether that is getting coffee, going hiking, going skiing, watching a Greenville Drive or Swamp Rabbits game, doing a cookout, or enjoying an evening at a park.
We also enjoy helping with various projects around the church. We love to be a blessing to those in our church family.

This past Saturday, Feb 21, our group had a great time together on the mountains of NC. Lunch at the Campfire Grill was also amazing, come join us for our next event…
Our Leaders
Pastor Tom and wife Jenn Stuhl co-lead the NEXT young adults group and often host the group in their home. They have a heart for discipling the next generation!
Jeremy and Kelly Driskell co-lead the our young adults and are avid followers of Jesus. They love hospitality and enjoy the group coming over for Bible studies, fellowship, and fun.
