Our Teen Mission Trip heads to Living Hope Church (Reno, NV) this July, and we would love to do more. As announced Wednesday, we will be holding a special business meeting on May 8. We will vote on using 10% of last year’s overage to strategically partner with our Hope for Reno church plant. If the vote is favorable, we will then hold a Bridge to Reno interest meeting on May 12 (11:15 AM, AUD). Look for an email this week surveying your interest in mission trips to Reno.
children’s choir program: loving god
Next Sunday evening our children’s choir presents a musical presentation of the Miracle of Loaves and Fishes entitled “Table for Five… Thousand!” Even children can do great things with God’s help. Bridal Shower: Loving Each Other
On Saturday, we host a bridal shower for Mandy Farrar (drop in 10:30-12:30, Teen Room). Mandy is engaged to Drew Bullock, and their registry is online here.
Reno Update: Loving Our World
Some of the graduates we are celebrating today are already planning mission trips. This July our teen mission trip heads to Reno, Nevada to assist our church planters at Living Hope Church. If you would like to give toward their trip, just choose “Teen Mission Team Fund” at morningside.org/give.

Foster Care Awareness Month
May is Foster Care Awareness Month. Bring diapers size 3-5 to the Welcome Center this May to support our ministry partner, Miracle Hill Foster Care.
Preparing for VBS
Jungle Journey VBS is June 2-5 (Grades 1-8). Preparation is in full sail!
