Hurricane Helene was a historic storm, and restoring power and clearing the roads could take several days. 100% of Duke Energy’s customers in Greenville and Spartanburg Counties lost power. The City of Greenville and SC Department of Transportation are requesting no traffic this weekend except for emergency management services.
