Dying to self requires a willingness to let go of past habits, thoughts, and actions that do not align with God's will. We must ask ourselves: Has this truly happened to me? What areas of my life still reflect my old self? How can I actively surrender these areas to Christ?
As you try to live with Christ in your life, what does a life completely surrendered to Christ look like to you?
Living by faith requires that I demonstrate a deeper faith in areas where I struggle to surrender control. How can Christ’s sacrificial love motivate my everyday decisions?
Contemplate and answer this very interesting question: If Christ willingly gave Himself to die for you, are you also willing to trust in His promises of abundant and eternal life?
