Enchanted Forest

Enchanted Forest, Oct 24-26, hosted by the Greenville County Rec provides children, ages 2-12, a unique fairytale experience through the Pavilion forest. Kids are greeted by storybook characters from Sleeping Beauty to Snow White and taken to destinations like Robin Hood’s Hideaway, and Shrek’s Swamp. Kids also can participate in carnival games, bounce houses, face painting, balloon animals, treats, and a costume contest each night. At the Enchanted Forest, Morningside will provide a carnival game and prizes for up to 700-900 kids a night. This opportunity allows us to reach our community through conversation and distribution of event flyers and tracts. We will also invite families to participate in a drawing with a chance to win a $25 Chick-fil-A gift card. These contacts will enable us to invite families to future events at Morningside. Families who volunteer also receive free tickets to the event. Our Love Works t-shirts will also be available to volunteers one week prior to the event.
