MBC Mission Trip Opportunities

Mission trips are a wonderful opportunity to build relationships with our Morningside missionaries, to serve alongside them, and to grow our own burden for the nations. I’m excited for the several mission trip opportunities in 2020, and for Morningside to assist members financially. Please review the list below and contact the team leader if you are interested or have questions. I pray that God will use our Morningside teams to encourage our missionaries, to further the Gospel and to call some to the harvest fields.

Opportunities:

Arizona (Ryan & Jennifer Horkavy)

Dates: March 21-28 (BJU Spring Break)

Leaders: Kim & Chris Kuhr

Estimated Cost: Airline Ticket + $250 (MBC members - $50)

What: Facility & Ministry Projects

Cutoff Date: February 24

Dominican Republic (Caitlan Reid) – depending on interest

Dates: March 21-27 (BJU Spring Break)

Leaders: P. Dave Smith, Paul & Marla Fields

Estimated Cost: Airline Ticket + $300 (MBC members - $100)

What: Serve (lead games, testimonies, singing, Chapel) in Christian School

Passport Required (no visa)

Cutoff Date: February 24

Brazil (Jeff & Judy Traver)

Dates: April 4-11 (other available dates in April, contact P Smith for information)

Estimated Cost: Airline Ticket + $250 (MBC members - $50)

What: Church Building Construction (conduit, drywall, etc.)

Passport Required (no visa)

Dates: May 17-23

What: Clerical Assistance, Printshop Assistance, Maintenance, Lawn Care
