Night of Worship: Only God
This summer we’re celebrating a lot of people. Mother’s Day in May, Father’s Day in June, the entire USA in July… if you’re here all summer, chances are good you’ll feel celebrated too. And on the morning of May 3, we celebrate our graduates.
And we believe this:
Every time you celebrate, only God deserves the glory.
He’s the Hero. He gets the credit. The occasion and the honorees are important… because He made them so.
Every time we accomplish anything, we owe all our thanks to Him.
Our next Night of Worship (5 PM, May 3) will focus on God’s unique position above all our categories of accomplishment and honor.
We’ll gather to focus on the unique greatness of God and give Him thanks through
Scripture readings focusing on God’s glory
group and pastoral-led prayers to praise God for His greatness and thank Him for what He has enabled in us
vocal special music to proclaim God’s greatness
congregational singing to boast in the Lord
We pray this service will help you focus on His glory, give Him thanks, and trust in Him for the future.
