Community Outreach

The mission of Isaiah 117 House is threefold: reduce trauma for children awaiting placement, lighten the load for child welfare services, and ease the transition for foster families.

Fall Fest is MBC's large outreach event to children and families each autumn. We need many volunteers--especially those who can use their vehicle for "Trunk or Treat".

On one Sunday each month, Morningsiders host a worship service at a local assisted living community. Volunters are needed to chat with attendees, provide special music, and share a message from God's Word.

Veterans Assistance

MBC honors and respects our military veterans. MBC participates in a fall food drive to assist veterans in need.

MBC loves our neighbors across All Star Way! Backpack Blessings is a resource for PRES students who often go home to a residence without adequate food.

Miracle Hill

MBC hosts the graduation ceremony for the Miracle Hill Overcomers, a Bible-based, residential, addiction recovery program for men struggling with addiction and other life-dominating issues.

When a mom chooses life for her baby, PWC assists throughout the pregnancy and after birth. Meals for Moms help the new mom by providing meals so that the family has one less task to worry about when welcoming a newborn into the home.

MBC's Spanish congregation hosts an annual international dinner featuring cuisine from many Spanish-speaking nations from around the globe.

MBC enjoys assisting others in their pursuit of speaking and reading English. Our Tuesday class is primarily focused on those who speak Spanish as their first language but is open to anyone.
