Register now for family camp!

Join us for Morningside Family Camp (The Wilds, Nov. 8-9). You will be blessed by the preaching, fellowship, food and activities. Translation in Chinese will be available for most sessions.

Whether you’re a family or an individual, you can choose from a variety of accommodations. We are offering a 50% discount during early bird registration Sept. 8-30 for Morningside members and regular attenders. Cash payment or check (made payable Morningside Baptist Church) is required before your registration is confirmed. Begin your registration with the form below, and complete your registration at our table in the lobby through Sept 29. After this date, registrations can be completed in the church office until Oct. 11.

  • What to bring: Bible, camera, and casual clothes and shoes for informal sessions and recreation. Linens and pillow provided only for those staying in the Lodge and Inn.

    What NOT to bring: Alcoholic beverages, drugs, tobacco or cigarettes of any kind, fireworks, ammunition, guns, weapons, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, drones, magazines, apparel with inappropriate graphics or lettering.

    Dress: Casual dress is appropriate for the informal camp atmosphere. Modest necklines and knee-length shorts are requested by the camp.

    • Ages 0-2 should be taken to Conference Room B (lower level of Inn II) before services and be picked up there immediately following the services.

    • Ages 3-4 should meet their leaders in Conference Room A (lower level of Inn II) before services and be picked up there immediately following the services.

    • Age 5-5th grade should meet their leaders at the Pavilion before services and be picked up there immediately following the services.

    A 50% discount for Morningside members and regular attenders is available 9/8-9/30 (Space Permitting).

    Lodge Rooms (Sleeps 5-6): Motel rooms in the main building, with one queen-size bed and two sets of bunk beds, including linens and pillows.

    Inn Rooms (Sleeps 4): Located 150 yards from the Lodge area. Motel rooms with one queen-size bed and one set of bunk beds, including linens and pillows.

    Duplex Cabins (Sleeps 10): Located down the hill, several hundred yards from the Lodge area. Each unit is an individual, winterized cabin with one queen-size bed and four sets of bunk beds and large bathroom. No linens or pillows provided.

All adults registering for camp must sign the waiver below. All minors registering must have their names printed and signatures from a parent or guardian.

Waivers will be available in the Lobby at the Family Camp registration table beginning Sept 8.

Our Guest Speaker: Ken Collier

Ken has served at The Wilds since its 1969 founding and currently wears the title “Camp Coach.” He is active in his local church. He and his wife, Mardi, have four children and sixteen grandchildren.
