Report from Papua New Guinea

Thanks so much for your prayers for Dave during last month’s trip to Papua New Guinea (PNG).

God overcame Dave’s health needs and a PNG fuel shortage to give Dave a wonderful time of effective ministry. He served at a missions conference hosted by Calvary Baptist Church of Yomneki, PNG—"a 5-minute flight or a 5-hour grueling hike” from his old ministry station of Simbai.

Conference attendance eventually totaled nearly 1,000. Over 41 years of gospel advance in the Simbai region, local churches have risen up… grown strong… planted new churches… and even launched cross-cultural church planting teams of their own.
