get to know the Todd Jones Family
Morningside has a rich music legacy. We are thankful for Pastor Larry Carrier who faithfully served and grew the music ministries here for 28 years.
At this time, Pastor Crockett has asked Pastor Todd Jones to pray about becoming Morningside's next part-time Music Pastor.
Pastor Todd Jones and his wife Lorna have three daughters and a son. Their oldest daughter, Evelyn, is 6 years old. She is in Katie Klipp's first grade class. Their second, Colleen, is 4 years old. Their third daughter Audrey, is 2 years old. And their son Phillip is just 7 months old.
Lorna grew up here in Greenville. Her grandfather, Gene Fisher, of the BJU history faculty went to be with the Lord in October.
Her father, David Fisher, serves as the vice-provost at BJU. Her uncle, Tim Fisher, has been the music pastor at Faith in Taylors for many years.
Pastor Jones has received significant training (see below) in music (Master of Music in Church Music from Bob Jones University; PhD in Music from University of Kentucky, in progress) and in ministry (Master of Divinity from Bob Jones University).
